Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores. Etc. .. short drive to beaches on Anna maria island. Home is exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean! Everything was spot on!

House is spacious even for a family of six. Nice pool with some pool toys available. Loved the floaties. We appreciated having all beach equipment and kids beach toys. Good water pressure in the shower.

This was what we was looking for in a short stay. A place with good amenities and well located to the beach and family.

Everything was so clean and efficient! House is a calm neighborhood allowing me and my family to relax and have a blast. Beaches are close to the house and plenty of restaurants nearby! Overall it was a 10/10 vacation. Thank You Island Dreams!

Overall , Great Stay We stay in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area every year and this house was very centrally located to all of favorites! The house was very clean and a few needed starter supplies were graciously provided. The beds were a little harder than we are used to at home but we survived…LOL. It should be noted that the entire pool is only 4ft deep. I didn’t notice this anywhere in the property listing, so I thought I would mention here. We are a very tall family with my 12 y/o being 5’8 and my 16 y/o being 6’4” so this was kind of a bummer for them but would be awesome for younger children! The area is very quite and we would definitely stay here again!

We spent 2 weeks while our son was at the IMG academy. Location was perfect - 12min away. Great restaurants and near beech. House was amazing, cozy, clean and comfortable. Alex the property manager was awesome aswell. Date of arrival - July 30, 2021

Home was perfect. Had everything but the groceries. Home looks like the pictures clean and updated. Pool is not large but perfect for cooling off. Not to far from beaches, restaurants and shops. Date of arrival - July 10, 2021

This property was AMAZING! Plenty of room for the 6 of us! The beds were comfortable for a good nights rest! The house was equipped with everything needed to enjoy the week away from home. Extra bonus having beach chairs, wagon, sand toys etc. Location is great as well. Close to everything and just a short drive to the beaches! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. It's close to the beach, drug store, and grocery store. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with everything as far as kitchen, bathroom, and pool supplies go. We stayed for 3 weeks and only got to use the pool a few times because of the weather, but it was clean, heated, and had comfy chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and had sidewalks for daily walks. Your home was exactly as pictured and described. We appreciate the opportunity to stay there - and also appreciated the 'extras' like beach chairs/towels/toys and fans in the bedrooms. The house was located just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was the perfect addition to end our days with a cool dip before bed. Planning to return!

Out stay was wonderful. The home was well equipped and was very comfortable with a lot living space. My grand daughters loved the pool and were little fish the entire stay. My daughter believes she left her first aid kit and we are wondering if it was found. If it was can you let me know so I can arrange for it to be returned to her? This is a beautiful home in a great location. The house is nicely furnished with an open lay out making it feel large and comfortable. You have everything you need, just bring your clothes. Grocery shopping is 10 minutes away. The house and pool are very clean. I’ve rented many house all over Florida and this one is definitely one of the best in this price range.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, and close to everything! We were super excited that there were board games in the living room for us! My only "complaint" was the bed in the master bedroom hurt my back, it was just very hard (it did not bother my husband, so don't let that deter you). The one in my son's room was super comfy, however! One thing you may want to consider is when guests leave, if they leave full size shampoos/soaps etc, leaving them for the next guests (we had brought travel sized ones, so we were good), but the other homes we have stayed in did this, and it was actually very nice and helpful! We will definitely return to this property!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable, every detail is thought through. Nice split bedroom floor plan, beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable, owners have plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and dishes. On the days with high heat index the AC was struggling to keep the set temperature in the house. It worked great in the evenings and at night. Most days we were gone so that was not a huge problem. Kids loved the pool! The house was very clean. I would rent again, especially if the AC unit is replaced with the new one.

We just returned from a week long stay at Sandollar. The home was immaculate upon arrival. It was well stocked with anything we needed. They even provided a starter kit of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. It's obvious its recently been updated as the home is beautifully decorated with modern finishes. We were very pleasantly surprised to find numerous beach items, as we flew in and weren't able to bring our usual beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The home had all that and more including a wagon and a cooler for beach trips. My kids absolutely loved the private pool and spent most afternoons at it. We usually spent the mornings at coquina beach which is a short 10-15 minute drive from the home. We had such a fantastic week it was hard to leave. We are already planning our next stay with sandollar. Thank you Alex for answering all questions we had. This home is the perfect beach getaway!!!

I recently stayed at this property which was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. The pool area was amazing, house was well stocked with everything one would need and very comfortable.

This is a Great house, nice location, safe neighborhood. Everything was very nice, clean, updated, spacious, big smart TV, pool was set at 84 degrees. The management company was incredible, we didn’t want for much but what ever we asked for they were there pretty much there immediately, friendly easy to work with. I could go on and on. Let’s just say you won’t be disappointed.

Everything inside the home is in pristine condition, we all slept great in the beds and the backyard with the large pool was perfect for our two children. We unfortunately already have plans for 2019, but will certainly be back the following year, if this home remains as a rental. We could not have been more happy!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus, alles hat gepasst, das Wetter, die Umgebung, einfach traumhaft. Der Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen, auch Richtung Downtown Bradenton ist es nicht weit. Wir waren bereits das vierte Mal in der Gegend, hier schätzen wir besonders die zentrale Lage, fußläufig ist ein Eisladen und Domino's Pizza zu erreichen :-) Und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft, viel Privatsphäre durch das große Grundstück, man kann hier herrlich abschalten. Die Kinder liebten es, in den beheizten Salzwasserpool zu springen! Der Vermieter ist sehr kompetent, fühlen uns bei Island Dreams Realty stets gut aufgehoben, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
