Overall our stay was very good. With a few minor annoyances the property is nice and I would recommend it.
Annoyance #1- The Ironing board. Located in the laundry room, the ironing board is mounted on the wall immediately behind the door into the kitchen. You can't use the ironing board without closing this door, and you can't open the door from the kitchen when the ironing board is down. It means someone can't go from kitchen t laundry or garage while ironing board is in use. Also, when its down, the ironing boards end sits on the counter top across from it and is not level. This is the main annoyance in the house.
#2- the master bathroom is laid out somewhat oddly, with a closet, a walking closet 3 sinks on 2 vanities and an open walls however facing one fo the vanities. Its all functional, and services its purpose just fine, but if someone is using the toilet with the door closed, then another person may not be able to get into the walk in closet. And the open show can spray water right at the vanity, which is a problem just waiting to happen. Lastly, there is only one usable power outlet, at the single sink vanity, which is awkward and unhelpful.
Last, there are light switches everywhere, but some seems to do nothing, while others make no sense (4 switches for the kitchen, all of them on different walls)
The property was clean and seemed to be well maintained, the property manager was very alert and communicative about an issue from the previous occupant,, check in was super easy, and the welcome kist came in handy. Neighborhood was very clean and quiet, 10 minutes from Holmes Beach, supermarkets 10 minutes away, and plenty of other services.
Overall a good experience.
